In consideration of the foregoing, I, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against any of the sponsors, organizers, Hear Indiana, Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Indiana State Parks, Fort Harrison State Park, ProFit Inc. d/b/a Ken Long & Associates, their employees, contractors, volunteers for any and all claims of damages, demands or loss actions whatsoever which may arise as a result of my participation in this event. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and my physical condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I also understand the unique nature of this run/walk event. The 2009 TALK.WALK.RUN may be delayed or cancelled should there be extreme weather or other emergency. We will make every effort to run the race, however, if necessary for the safety of our participants, we reserve the right to cancel the event. If cancellation is deemed necessary, we sincerely thank you for your support (sorry, no refunds). Threatening physical actions, disorderly or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the TALK.WALK.RUN.  Participants voluntarily assume all risk and danger of personal injury (including death) and all hazards arising from, or related in any way to, the run/walk, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the run/walk, however caused and whether by negligence or otherwise. Further, I grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use my likeness (photograph or video) for any legitimate purpose whatsoever.
